Averozolid dosage for children It is recommended to use the drinking medicine for children from the age of 11 years.

For the treatment of chronic pneumonia with bacteremia: 10 mg per kg every 8 hours, intravenously or orally.
For the treatment of skin and soft tissue infections accompanied by complications: a dose of 10 mg per kilogram of the child’s weight every 8 hours, intravenously or orally.
For the treatment of skin and soft tissue infections without complications for children less than 5 years old: a dose of 10 mg per kilogram of the child’s weight is taken from 8 hours.
For the treatment of skin and soft tissue infections without complications from the age of 5-11 years: a dose of 10 mg per kilogram of the child’s weight was taken every 12 hours.
Averozolid for adults is prescribed as tablets or as an intravenous injection.
The dose of tablets is one or two tablets every 12 hours.

Duration of treatment for pneumonia is 10-12 days.
Duration of treatment for Enterococcus faecalis bacteria resistant to the antibiotic vancomycin is 14-28 days.
